Welcome to Amway Global's My Michigan - A blog about all things Michigan
New direction for this blog...finally!

Hello, faithful readers. I am going to change the direction of my blog to something that I’m more qualified to speak about than Health. After all, while I deal with health copy and talk to the health experts, my innate knowledge is not deep enough to serve anyone well.

I like to serve well. So, I’m going where my talent and interests lie – in writing about Michigan. Hope you enjoy reading these entries as much as I’ll enjoy writing them!

Look for these changes in about 2 weeks. And the new blogname? My Michigan.

Hi Cathy, great to see your byline engaged again. Be sure to challenge the rest of us to respond in the conntexts of our own geographies to your Michigan posts... maybe we'll all learn a bit more about the wonderful parts of this continent and our shared world. :)

Ahh, Michigan! Tell me about the Cherry trees of Traverse City, the blueberries of Little Lake and the Sugar Shack along Highway 2. Tell me about the snow in Marquette county and the Pictured Rocks in Munising. Why did I ever leave?! I look forward to stories of my homestate! :)

Welcome back to the Opportunity Zone, Cathy! My favorite spot in Michigan is still Glen Arbor, although I'll admit to not having explored my new home state (if you consider 12 years ago, when I moved here, to qualify it as "new") as much as I've wanted to. I look forward to reading about your favorites!

Cathy, I am a new Amway IBO and also new to this site. This is the first blog I have opened and am proud to say that I myself live in Michigan for close to my entire life and try my hardest to explore all it has to offer. I have spent years picking the cherries and apples from the trees. I have backpacked in almost every state park MI has. I have boated across Huron, St. Clair, Michigan, and Erie. I have also felt the Chill and Strength of Superior. I have slept many nights under the Northern Michigan Stars and several other nights in the busy city. I am quite excited to see any other hidden secret you have to offer about our diverse state.

Hi, all; thanks for your support!

Bernsber and JHofmans, would you like to be guest speakers? There are many places in Michigan I haven't been, yet, and if you send me your note in an email (include .jpg photos, too, if you have them). I'd love to host your post!
